What happens between landing at EWR and getting into your car: flight tracking, the free wait time, how your chauffeur finds you at Terminal A, B or C, and when meet-and-greet is worth it.
A pre-booked pickup at Newark Liberty International Airport should feel like this: you land, your phone buzzes with a text from your chauffeur, you collect your bags, and the car is at the curb when you step outside. This guide explains how that works at each terminal, how long you have, and what to do when a flight runs late.
Newark has three terminals, A, B and C, and each has its own arrivals level with a curb for pre-arranged cars. Which one you use depends on the airline, so we read the terminal from your flight number and your chauffeur confirms the exact spot by text when you land. You never have to work out the terminal yourself.
If you are the one collecting a friend or relative, the same rule applies: find their flight number, and the terminal and arrivals level follow from it.
For $50, your chauffeur parks, comes inside and waits at baggage claim with a name sign, then walks you and your bags to the car. It is worth it for:
For a frequent flyer with a carry-on, the curbside pickup is faster.
Delayed or early: nothing changes for you; the pickup follows the flight. Cancelled or rebooked to another day: call or text (848) 666-3358 and we move the booking. We do not charge for a change caused by the airline.
A Chevrolet Suburban or Cadillac Escalade takes up to six people with six bags. Child seats are $50 each (up to 3) and are installed before we arrive, so you are not fitting a seat at the curb. For larger groups we send a second vehicle; the two pickups are coordinated by the same team.
Flat, all-in fares to or from Manhattan:
| Vehicle | Seats | Flat fare to or from Manhattan |
|---|---|---|
| Black Car Sedan | up to 3 | $149 |
| Executive SUV (Chevy Suburban) | up to 6 | $179 |
| Luxury SUV (Cadillac Escalade) | up to 6 | $209 |
Every fare includes tolls, the airport fee, the Manhattan congestion charge and a 15% gratuity. The only optional extra is meet-and-greet at baggage claim ($50) and child seats ($50 each, up to 3).
Flat fares also apply between EWR and the New Jersey towns we drive most, for example Morristown ($150 Suburban) and Princeton ($250 Suburban); the full list is on the rates page.
A text is enough, and even that is optional: your chauffeur is already watching the flight. Many riders simply walk out and find the car waiting.
Reply to the text or call (848) 666-3358. Your chauffeur is minutes away at most and will come to you.
Pre-arranged cars use the arrivals curb, which is faster for you. There is no need to meet in a lot.
Usually, because it starts at landing and customs lines are reflected in when you text us. If you expect a long wait at customs, mention it in the booking notes and we plan for it.
